It is the mission of the liturgy committee to foster an awareness of God's presence when we gather to pay him honor and glory on the Lord's Day and other special Liturgies through prayerful and inclusive planning and by the use of appropriate texts, music, symbols, movement, and active participation of all phases of parish ministries.

The mission of the Holy Stitchers is to present a garment to all being baptized. The garment is a gift from the church, which is beautifully hand stitched with the symbolic Chi-rho on the front. The symbol is comprised of two Greek letters X and P symbolizing Jesus Christ. The garment may be passed on to future family members as they receive the sacrament of baptism.

It is our mission to make rosaries available for everyone. We are a small group that spreads Mary's message at Fatima by sending rosaries to the missions so that others too may contemplate the Lord's life. "Praising Jesus through Mary".

Father we pray that in making a rosary and giving it to someone whom we do not know, we are expressing our love for you and others. With these rosaries we pray for and with each other. May these prayers bring us together as people and eventually as nations. May your will be done. Amen
It is the mission of the Building Committee, to provide the skill and resources to keep the structure and grounds in a neat, safe, respectful condition for the sole purpose of serving the community and members of Saint John the Evangelist church with a place to reflect, pray, meet, teach, and socialize. The Building Committee will help the Pastor by suggesting modifications and seeking to upgrade the building and grounds of Saint John the Evangelist church when the need arises.
To celebrate our loving God's gift from conception to natural end, each and every day, through positive and peaceful action, education, and prayer. Enrolling others through our daily example to protect and cherish the unborn, the handicapped, the imprisoned, and the elderly. We humbly pray for the intercession and constant guidance of our most blessed Mother Mary and our chosen patroness, Blessed Teresa of Calcutta. We thank our most loving Father, His most generous son, and the Holy Spirit, our most perfect guide, for choosing us as their instruments of peace in promoting a Culture of Life.
