Sacrament of Baptism
The Sacrament of Baptism is held the second Sunday of each month during the 11:30 am Mass. The Thursday evening before the Baptism there is an instruction class held in the church hall at 7:00 pm for parents and sponsors. A child must have at least one sponsor. If the child has only one sponsor, that person must be a worshiping Catholic and must also be confirmed. If the child has two sponsors, one must be a man and one a woman, thus a Godmother and Godfather. If both sponsors are Catholic, the same requirements for eligibility for one sponsor hold for two. However one sponsor may be a non-Catholic Christian and they will be recorded as a Christian Witness.

Sacrament of Marriage
St. John's is eager to work with our engaged couples so that their wedding day is the happiest day of their lives. Please contact the rectory to set up an appointment with Father Wally to book your special day before you book your reception to be sure that the date that you desire is available. Weddings are celebrated on Friday evenings at 5:30 pm or Saturdays from 11:00 am through 2:00 pm in the afternoon and again at 5:30 pm Saturday evenings. Weddings can also be celebrated on Sunday afternoons at 2:00 pm or 3:00 pm

Anointing of the Sick
Our priests would be delighted to administer the Sacrament of the Sick to those who are to be hospitalized. Please let us know at the weekend liturgy. Also, please advise us if any one is seriously ill or unable to come to church.
